Neuralama1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using the Neuralama Shopify app or the Neuralama web dashboard (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. The Service
Neuralama audits your Shopify store, calculates an AI Readiness Score, prioritizes recommendations, and monitors changes over time to help make your store more legible to AI search and shopping agents. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and its features may change, expand, or be discontinued as the product evolves.
3. No affiliation with AI providers
Neuralama is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, or any other AI provider. References to these systems describe how your store may be read by third-party AI agents; they do not imply any partnership.
4. Scores and recommendations are not guarantees
Neuralama's scores, findings, and recommendations reflect our own analysis of your store's content and configuration. Some signals (for example, AI Signals and Content Freshness) are hypotheses we are actively calibrating and are labeled as such in-product. AI systems are non-deterministic and change constantly. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will cause your products to be cited, recommended, ranked, or surfaced by any specific AI model, search engine, or shopping agent. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before applying changes to your store.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for stores you own or are authorized to manage. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to scan or analyze stores you do not have rights to.
6. Billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed exclusively through Shopify's billing system; Neuralama never handles your payment details directly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time—cancelling is as simple as uninstalling the app or changing your plan in Shopify. Charges already incurred for a billing period are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be achieved.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuralama and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
